This accessibility statement applies to the whole of the website at:

This website is run by Old Oak & Park Royal Development Corporation. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:
- change colours, contrast levels and fonts
- zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen and without content being truncated or overlapping
- navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
- navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
- listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)

How accessible this website is
We know some parts of this website are not fully accessible.
The following issues have been fixed but have not been verified by Test
Partners Ltd:
- Some content within pages has poor colour contrast.
- Some page sections, forms and visual headings and status messages are not marked up correctly for screen readers.
- Some of our images do not have appropriate descriptions.
- Some text boxes do not have a text label or are not marked up correctly to describe their purpose.
- Some links, checkboxes and buttons do not have a focus indicator, which makes keyboard navigation difficult.
- Some tables may not have column and/or row headings.
- Some visual lists of text are not marked up correctly for screen readers.
- Some sliders, image links and checkboxes are not fully accessible to screen reader software.
- Some links that are acting as visual navigation treeview are not fully accessible to screen reader software.
- Some skip to content links do not correctly bypass repeated content correctly.
- At zoom levels of 250% or above, the content within the 'Your skills', 'Add your skills', 'Editing skill values', 'Assign skills to vacancy' pages are truncated.
The following issues will be fixed and are scheduled for release by 03 September 2021:
- Some pages do not have sufficient and unique titles to describe their purpose.
- Within some online forms there are insufficient descriptive error suggestions provided when the forms are submitted
The following issues will be fixed and are scheduled for release by 11 September 2021:
- When logged in, there is no warning when a session timeout is going to occur and there is no way to extend, adjust or stop the session timeout period.
The following issues have been partially fixed but have not been verified by Test Partners Ltd. They are scheduled to be fixed by March 2022:
- Some buttons, sliders and links cannot be operated using a keyboard.

- At zoom levels of 250% or above, the content within the 'Your skills', 'Add your skills', 'Editing skill values', 'Assign skills to vacancy' pages are truncated. (WCAG 2.1 success criterion 1.4.10).
- Some skip to content links do not correctly bypass repeated content correctly. (WCAG 2.1 success criterion 2.4.2).
- The text will not reflow in a single column when you change the size of the browser window. (WCAG 2.1 success criterion 2.4.2).
- Some links, checkboxes and buttons do not have a focus indicator, which makes keyboard navigation difficult. (WCAG 2.1 success criterion 2.4.7).
- Some text boxes do not have a text label or are not marked up correctly to describe their purpose. (WCAG 2.1 success criterion 3.3.2).

Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared on 23 August 2021. It was last reviewed on 23 August 2021.
This website was last tested on 11 August 2021. The test was carried out by Test Partners Ltd
We followed GOV.UK guidance on deciding how to check The Forge@ParkRoyal website as follows:
- We used an automated website mapping tool to identify all the pages and documents on the website.
- We identified any subdomains that are out of scope and removed all the pages from the page list.
- We manually assessed a number of pages from each group to determine the level of consistency within the group and the type of content on those pages.
- We manually assessed all the “unique” pages such as the home page and Contact Us to determine the type of content on those pages.
- We identified a minimum representative subset of pages that contain examples of the most common layouts, components and features, including:
- The header and footer.
- Important “unique pages”.
- Pages with text content and data tables.
- Pages with informational images, images of text.
- Interactive elements such as lightboxes, forms, tabbed interfaces, and content filtering.
- We conducted a manual WCAG audit on the representative subset of pages.
